It is our honor to announce that our 99 Ranch Market Sacramento store both Deli and Bakery Department have just won the 2014-2015 Award of Excellence in Food Safety from the Sacramento County Environmental Management Department (EMD).
This award is to recognize operators of food establishments in Sacramento County who have exhibited excellent food safety and sanitation standards during their recent routine inspections. In order to qualify for an Award of Excellence in Food Safety, facilities must meet these following criteria during the period of eligibility: The period of eligibility includes the time period prior to June 30, 2015 when the last three routine unannounced inspections were conducted. Also, this facility must not have had any major violations during the period of eligibility. In addition, no more than five minor violations during any single inspection for restaurant and no more than 2 minor violations during any single inspection for Bakery Department.

Sacramento縣食品安全卓越大獎設立的目的是為了表彰過去一年里努力保持水準，用心提供安全食品以及環境的企業和餐館。這次獲獎的單位共有636名，大華超級市場Sacramento分店內的熟食部與麵包部就分占了其中的兩個名額。企業或餐館需符合以下標準才有資格參加遴選：首先在運營中的企業/餐館需要具有環境健康許可證并在每一年內接受三次例行突擊檢查，在檢查中絕不能出現重大違規。其次在每一次的例行檢查中，餐廳不可出現多於5次的輕微違規而麵包部則不能出現多於2次的輕微違規行為。遴選條件格外嚴苛，足見連年獲獎的大華超市Sacramento分店在提供優質食品安全方面當為表率。
